International Music Festival

The International Music Festival will feature three renowned Salvation Army bands: the International Staff Band, the Angola National Band, and the South America East Territorial Band. The Festival will also feature the acclaimed Pasadena Tabernacle Songsters and Pasadena Tabernacle Youth Chorus.

International Officers Councils

1 July 2015, 10.00am, Boundless Theatre (estimated duration – 2 hours 30 minutes)

This will be an historic gathering for Salvation Army officers from around the world to gather in a worship service with General André Cox. Featured in the service will be the New York Staff Band, Mizo Aisawi Songster Brigade from India Eastern Territory, and other surprise guests from around The Salvation Army world. The service will feature lively singing, spectacular musical productions, dance, and a stirring Bible message from the General. Supporting the General will be the Chief of the Staff and Zonal leaders from International Headquarters.

New York Staff Band and Waverley Timbrels

The USA Eastern Territory’s New York Staff Band meets the premier timbrel brigade from the Australia Southern Territory, the Waverley Timbrels!

International Prayer Meeting

You have participated in the global prayer initiative 'Boundless – The Whole World Praying'. Now come and join our international leaders in daily prayer for the Congress, the worldwide ministry of The Salvation Army and for revival, because boundless salvation is flowing for all.

Melbourne Staff Band and Vasa Gospel Choir

North meets South in this joint concert of the Vasa Gospel Choir from the Sweden and Latvia Territory and the Australia Southern Territory’s Melbourne Staff Band.

Ontario Central East Youth Chorus, London Citadel Ontario Timbrels and Angola National Band

2 July 2015, 9.30pm, Boundless Theatre (estimated duration – 1 hour 30 minutes)

This concert will feature a fantastic youth chorus, timbrel brigade, and band: the Ontario Central East Youth Chorus, the London Citadel Ontario Timbrels, and the Angola National Band, each bringing a taste of their region.

Women’s Gathering – ‘Bound-Less’

Bound-Less Women – a landmark women's event at the 150th Anniversary Congress celebrations in London

Salvationists will acknowledge and applaud the impact of women's contributions to The Salvation Army's worldwide mission. The gathering will include musical presentations, showcase some of the most effective ministries from around the globe, and feature special guests who will challenge and empower attendees.

Through the amazing diversity found throughout The Salvation Army's 126 countries, we want to encourage women in their spiritual development. And through Scripture, we aim to inspire women to live transformed, holy lives to become people of compassion, justice and action, winning their families, friends and communities for Christ.
