By booking a ticket for the 2015 International Congress, you agree to adhere to the terms and conditions below.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have paid for your booking, refunds will be accepted until 15 May 2015, subject to a 10% processing fee. No refunds will be given after this date. Before you have paid for your booking, you are able to make changes to the delegates you have registered and tickets you have selected. If you would like to cancel your booking, please contact the Congress Office.

Seating

The O2 Arena will be divided into Upper and Lower sections during the main sessions and you will be assigned a section to sit in. This will be allocated based on when you reserve your tickets with the lower section being allocated first. Within the Upper and Lower sections will be open seating, allowing you to sit wherever you like within this section for each of the sessions you have tickets for.

Photo/Video Permission

The 2015 International Congress will be broadcast around the world via the internet and news stories published with still images. By booking a ticket to the Congress you give permission for your image to be used in this way and the Congress Office reserves the right to use this material for promotional purposes.

Disabled Access

If you require wheelchair access, please indicate on your booking form. The Congress Office will contact you to determine how we can best help you during the Congress. For each wheelchair user there is a ‘carer goes free’ policy. Please contact the Congress Office for details on how to claim the free registration or if we can help in any other way.

Visas

If you require a visa to attend the 2015 International Congress, the Congress Office is able to provide Fully Registered Delegates with a supporting letter to help with your application. The Congress Liaison Officer in your territory will communicate information about how to apply for a visa and will be able to assist you in processing your application. The Congress Office accepts no responsibility if you are unable to attend the Congress because you have not applied for a visa or your request is declined.

Privacy Policy

We collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it during the registration process and any information that you choose to submit is done so at your own risk. This data will be used solely in connection with your participation in the 2015 International Congress and kept secure by the International Congress Office in the UK. It will not be distributed to third-parties or any external organisations, except as operationally necessary. We may need to pass your personal information to national/local authorities if we have the legal obligation to do so. 

Payment transactions will be encrypted. Look for https:// and the secure/padlock symbol in your browser’s address bar when paying for your tickets to ensure that your payment details are submitted securely.
