Congress Accommodation Announcement
27 March 2014
The official accommodation booking site for Boundless 2015 is now open! You can book, modify or cancel your hotel reservations at any time through this dedicated website.
It's never too early to begin thinking about booking your rooms for the 2015 International Congress. As you are well aware, hotel prices in London are at a premium. The Congress Office has been working with HelmsBriscoe, an international firm, which at no charge to The Salvation Army, is sourcing hotel rooms for delegates coming to London for the International Congress.

If you experience any problems using the site or have any accommodation queries, please email an advisor at firstname.lastname@example.org, who will be more than happy to assist you.
All standard rooms on the site are available from 29 or 30 June through to Sunday 5 July 2015. Should you wish to extend your stay, simply select the additional dates marked with an exclamation mark. You will be added to a waiting list and your enquiry will be followed up by an advisor who will contact you with availability. The Congress is scheduled to finish at 12:30pm on Sunday 5 July 2015.
PLEASE NOTE: There are several major events taking place in London during this period, and hotel accommodation is at a premium. Please also note, when you have selected your preferred hotel you will be asked for credit card details. This is for reservation purposes only and accounts will be settled upon check in/out.
If you are looking to make a group booking of 10 rooms or more, please download the Group Request Form and contact Ann at HelmsBriscoe (email@example.com) who will be able to assist you with finding the right accommodation.
You are under no obligation to use this hotel booking service and are free to make your own accommodation arrangements for July 2015. We hope that wherever you decide to stay, you'll be here in London to meet with thousands of other Salvationists from around the world and celebrate 150 years of The Salvation Army.
We hope this helps you as you prepare to come to London in July 2015.
