Have you got kids coming to Boundless 2015? Then Boundless Kids is just for you!
The General challenged the Congress planners to ensure that every main session was child and family friendly and that children were made visible and included during the five days. Therefore, Boundless Kids is about enabling children and families to engage with the whole Boundless experience together.
Our team of experienced children’s leaders will engage with children and their families, help children to go deeper with some of things they’ve seen and heard in the main sessions and to get the most out of Boundless 2015.
Every child who attends will receive a Boundless Kids bag and a specific activity booklet that will bring alive the topics from the main sessions, in age appropriate form. Any of our Boundless Kids team will be happy to work with you and your child if you feel that would help.
Over the five days, our energetic team will get children involved in storytelling, singing, drama and dancing. We will also be asking some big Boundless questions. You won’t miss us, we will be dressed in bright blue t-shirts, make sure you come and say hello!
Before every session whilst you wait in queues and throughout the whole congress, we want to engage with you as families in the walkways and outside spaces of The O2.
Whenever you see one of the Boundless Kids team do come and talk to us – we want to get to know you and develop worldwide friendships. We may even have something in our Boundless bags to add to your experience!
Boundless Kids has its own special space situated in the heart of the Boundless Experience. This is an area where children and their families will be able to engage with, unpack and explore the week’s themes together.
If you find that the main sessions are too much for your child/children, then come along with them to the Boundless Kids marquee. Inside you will be able to experience and share different ways of responding to each day’s theme in a more tranquil and reflective atmosphere. Whether you prefer to wonder through Godly Play, chill through quiet activities, think through discussion or be creative and make, then this area would be suited to you.
Please note: This venue is not a drop off area for children, therefore all children must be supervised in this space. We want to encourage family.
Boundless 2015 is a huge event! Our information point is designed to make children and families feel welcome. You will be able to ask any questions, give feedback and just get to know us. Make sure you get here as soon as you can – you will find us in the Boundless Experience.
Come along to this information area, chat with some of the team and have the opportunity to get involved in this interactive space.
There will be something different within this space each day for you as a family, so don’t just visit us once, please come back!
Please note: For those families who aren’t able to attend for the full five days, please be aware that your child can still come and collect a Boundless Kids bag from our information point.
